Weekly 1:2 Coaching

Become stronger as a pair of cyclists. Discuss with your coach ways to improve so you can both look forward to riding faster and further together. Both of you get an individual weekly plan.

Depending on abilities and access to equipment each of you will receive a clear and concise plan for on and off the bike. You can plan some training together and some apart each week.

Monthly Evaluation

With progress being key to success every 4 weeks we will each take stock and evaluate what is required for the next phase. Leave nothing to chance.

The fun bit:

  • Ok, its not a complete secret as you have roped in a friend to share your progress. Both of you have individual goals but can become totally different cyclists. Ssshhhhh… don’t tell the rest of the gang.

  • Enjoy motivating each other.

  • Come out of winter a leaner and faster pair.  Be unrecognisable from the cyclists you used to be. The pair of you will always be first to the cafe.

The serious bit:

  • This is psychological change while physically transforming.  Change what you are both capable of on and off the bike.

  • This is one-to-two coaching where you get to discuss every step of your cycling transformation in detail. 

  • Always have support, always have a clear plan. You can both enjoy the clarity of knowing what to do to progress each week with individual plans based on ability and resources.

  • The results will come.  Whether it’s an increase in Strava average speeds or KOM’s, or a substantially improved FTP you will get better.  A lot better.
