The fun bit:

  • Can you keep a secret? If you are up for some hard work doing cycling specific in-person strength training join us for a weekly 1-hour strength session in our fitness studio in Brixworth, Northamptonshire.

  • Change what is in your head while your body gets lighter, stronger and faster in the 30 minute weekly coaching on Zoom.

  • Come out of winter leaner and faster.  Fly up the hills and be first to the café.  Be unrecognizable from the cyclist you used to be.

The serious bit:

  • This is psychological change while physically transforming.  It’s body and mind getting better at the same time.

  • This is one-to-one coaching where you get to discuss every step of your cycling transformation in detail.  It is also in-person cycling specific S&C.

  • Always have support, always have a clear plan. You can enjoy the clarity of knowing what to do to progress each week.

  • The results will come.  Whether it’s an increase in Strava average speeds or KOM’s, or a substantially improved FTP you will get better.  A lot better.
